1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to over 26,000+ pin codes across India. While we strive to cover the entire country, if your location is not serviced by our courier partners, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping & Handling: We charge a standard shipping fee of ₹100 on every order. This ensures your products are handled with care and delivered via our premium courier partners.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable convenience fee of ₹[Amount, e.g., 50] is charged for all COD orders.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Rest of India: 4–7 business days.

    • North-East & Remote Locations: 7–10 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather or carrier delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link. You can track your package directly through our courier partner’s website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure successful delivery, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your COD order. If we are unable to reach you after two attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a package that is tampered with or damaged, please take a photo/video before opening it and contact us at support@vapemartindia.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Important: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video to help us process claims for missing or damaged items more quickly.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to our warehouse. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the shipment.
