7 Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Support Center for RMA authorization within 7 days of the order being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund. 1. Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). please send attachments to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. After VapeMart has received the returned product and confirmed the product is faulty, the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt. For example, if the return shipping fee is Rs.100, VapeMart will refund the same amount of Rs.100 to the customer. If our technical team determines the item is not DOA, VapeMart will not compensate the return shipping fee. Refund requests for a return shipping fee without a valid RMA return receipt slip will not be accepted.
3. Product returns must be via one of VapeMart’s approved shipping methods; our Support Center can provide you with further details.
In the event of any faults, VapeMart products are warranted as follows:
- Eliquids / Coils / Tanks – these are consumable items and are not subject to replacement or refund once opened and not covered by warranty.
- Batteries – within 60 days of purchase
- Chargers – within 60 days of purchase
In the event of any faults, 3rd party products are warranted as follows:
3rd party products are not covered by warranty. However, customers may still send defective items back to VapeMart. VapeMart passes those items back to their manufacturers and helps to coordinate the repair if possible. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways. Depending on the problem, fees may be assessed by the manufacturers. VapeMart will contact customers before committing the repairs.
Any faulty items covered by warranty must be reported to email@example.com within the warranty period and must be returned to VapeMart 227, Platinum Techno Park, Sector 30A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai – 400703 – within 7 days of being reported.
Any items not returned within the time periods stated will result in the warranty being void and will be ineligible for support, replacement or refund, whichever is applicable.
Only genuine VapeMart products will be eligible for support, replacement or refund. Items damaged through misuse or through use with incompatible parts will be exempt from warranty.
To return a product, which meets the requirements listed above, contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, explaining the issue and our customer care department will assist you to initiate a return and resolve the matter.
Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.
In the event that a refund is accepted, please note that it may take 8-10 days for you to receive the payment into your account as per banking procedures.
